Sarah-Jane has been Director General of the IVCA since January 2018. Previously she has worked in commercial roles in the healthcare and medical device sectors and for a representative body in the Lifesciences sector. In her free time Sarah-Jane likes nothing more than socialising with family and friends and keeps fit mainly by running around after her children.
Aideen has over 14 years of expertise across diverse industries such as media, technology, consultancy, and public service, with a focus on strategy, M&A integration, and people management. She recently achieved an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching, highlighting a commitment to continuous learning and development. Aideen is known for building strong stakeholder relationships, offering pragmatic guidance, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
In her spare time, Aideen loves taking long, walks in the forest or along the seaside with her dogs, Bella and Harry.
