IVCA Private Equity (PE) Working Group
The IVCA Private Equity Working Group brings together senior practitioners from member firms to collaborate on issues shaping the private equity landscape in Ireland.
The group provides a forum for discussion on market trends, transaction structures, governance, and regulatory developments, as well as a platform to inform IVCA submissions on policy matters affecting the industry. Recent engagement has included contributions to Government consultations and discussion of areas such as merger control, taxation, and management incentive frameworks.
Through regular meetings and collaboration with advisers and stakeholders, the PE Working Group plays an important role in strengthening the operating environment for private equity investment in Ireland.
